To add to this, if adp.com generates the error then their webserver is accessible, and then the problem is caused by i.e. a wrong configuration or a typo (server side). When people in another domain can access a specific URL then it is likely that every shown (working) page is produced exclusively for the client who requested it. I asked twitter and the personal ADP account reached out for someone to directly contact me via email. She had an adp.com and linked info on LinkedIn, etc. The number on the letter was a 1-800 with sadly no live person to ever speak to which made me go through them on twitter.
