Easy, block them. AdBlocker Ultimate seems to be the best AdBlocker extension I've found for Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome and it seems to be even better than Edge's built-in AdBlocker. Unfortunately, however, it's sometimes nearly impossible to block these types of Adware since doing so might be considered as a 'click' and cause another unwanted popup to happen. Depends on your region and what sites you're using. I live in the middle of nowhere far from civilization, and 1.1.1.1 returns terrible IPs for many sites including google.com (which pings at 350-400 ms if you resolve it through 1.1.1.1, but at 90-100 ms if you're using any other resolver). Yeah I don't trust ISP DNS, they can see your traffic and dns requests. Using a more privacy dns server like Cloudflare https://1.1.1.1/ or Quad9 https://quad9.net/ are good and free. Source: 12 months ago
