I'm currently on a trial of Actual Budget (https://actualbudget.com/). It's very similar to the old desktop version of YNAB. It has desktop and mobile apps (web app in beta), and does syncing. Another option in this space is Tiller (https://www.tillerhq.com/). They seem well-established, and offer some spreadsheet templates for plug-and-play solutions to some common budgeting scenarios.
