I'd look into Action Network (https://actionnetwork.org/) to do your actual mailing list stuff. It's much much cheaper than Marketing Cloud and can sync data to and from your Salesforce instance. Given that we live in an age where reliable and up to date medical knowledge is freely available online I see no reason why we should limit our resources for dealing with fibromyalgia to those offered by our local medical system. Last I checked, fibromyalgia does not differentiate between race, ethnicity, gender nor nationality, with the sole exception of it's occurrence. Source: about 3 years ago
