MozJPEG is truly magical. I did a quick google search and found befunky.com - never used them before so I'm not endorsing them or anything. But if you use their photo editor, go into the effects tab and then go to cinematic, the first option under cinematic is 'film grain'. Thats what you are looking for. Source: almost 2 years ago
