Got a call from a phone number. I back tracked it and saw it was hosted by bandwith.com however when I review the number I show that its owned by lumens.com which appears to be some kind of commercial software company registered over seas. Does that mean bandwith.com sold the number to lumens who sold it to a client? Source: over 2 years ago
