The closest I know of is ABBYY Screenshot Reader, it has a trial version for a couple of weeks. It's an OCR that can copy the japanese text on the clipboard, but as far as I know it can't auto translate it. I use MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid-2014) with Manjaro as OS using i3 as a window manager. It isn't perfect, but I'm thrilled with it.
