I love Jitsi, but it's not helping that the paid version of it (which allows you to reserve a namespace for your organization) is a separate app called 8x8 which even fewer people have heard of, and they're only partially compatible in a really confusing way. Source: over 2 years ago
I'm using both meet.jit.si and the paid service behind jit.si (https://8x8.vc/) and both are working quite well for me. The main reason for 8x8 is to support their efforts on jitsi.
