• coinbase seeking resolution since 2.5 years

  10 days ago I saw an email dated earlier this year regarding my earn.com balance but this mail went into a spam folder unfortunately. After seeing this I immediately followed the steps and created another support ticket Case# 13895008 to which also there was no reply since 10 days. I have raised Case# 13954719 but to no avail. • Did anyone else just get earn.com credit?

  Earn.com was bought or somehow acquired by Coinbase. It was a website where companies could pay you in bitcoin for your opinion, now it is known as Coinbase Earn where you earn crypto for learning about them. I guess some internal deadline expired where you could claim your earn.com balance and now it just did it automatically, where previously it happened when you started using Coinbase Earn.   I received an email that looks like it's from coinbase saying that coinbase acquired earn.com and I have a balance of xxx amount of satoshis. And it is saying to create a coinbase account and the credit will appear in my account in 48 hours. But I already have a coinbase account and I never recieved any credit in my account ??? And now suddenly get several promotional spam emails per day from some 4-5 different domains like instana.com, datadoghq.com, snyk.io, cockroachlabs.com (some of them send even multiple emails per day!).
