Hey , I think I can help you. As I understand you have 2 switch and one router. You can actually practice a lot of things. I would recommend you to download packet tracer and create a lab yourself! Give yourself challenges about protocol configurations, VLANs, VPNs and etc. Or if you say that you dont want to make it yourself or you want to experience new things, GNS3 and EVE-ng communities have a lot of labs. Don't do bootcamp. Start with something like https://freecodecamp.org and take a few lessons. Try to build something from that and see how motivated you are. If you see some progress and this thing still excites you, then may be find an engineer (a friend/co worker etc) who can guide you a bit as you continue to build something.
