Hey , I think I can help you. As I understand you have 2 switch and one router. You can actually practice a lot of things. I would recommend you to download packet tracer and create a lab yourself! Give yourself challenges about protocol configurations, VLANs, VPNs and etc. Or if you say that you dont want to make it yourself or you want to experience new things, GNS3 and EVE-ng communities have a lot of labs. My recommendation is to sign up for codecademy.com and create an account to learn SQL over there. Also use sqlbolt.com because both of these websites provide detailed interactive SQL tutorials that should help you write it.
