  This is a problem with Macos. The system cannot seperately place natural scrolling on trackpad and reverse scrolling on mouse, which is what comes intuitive to users. • Dealing with tendinitis in my dominant hand/wrist. It’s probably a combination of mouse, typing, holding a C70 with big lenses, and cell phone use. Should I get a Magic Trackpad to supplement my MX Master 3, or is that the wrong solution?

  I should add that it helps to get a free program like Mos to control the speed/acceleration/smooth scroll/etc. A key feature is being able to assign a key to toggle vertical/horizontal scroll so I can hold the Shift key and it will horizontal scroll.   I've recently tried LinearMouse and so far it is good. I've also been using MOS, Scroll Reverser and Karabiner for a few years now.
