The sound of the bar going up and down is just a long humming sound that I loop and change the pitch of based on how full the bar is. Personally I’ve only really used bosca ceoil and an odd ai generated website, and while it’s an interesting, fun and free approach to adding music to your game, don’t expect it to have much quality in the beginning.   There isn't cause I have no clue on how to do that, haha. We used bosca ceoil to make the music, exported it as .wav, then saved it as .ogg with audacity. You can also export as a midi file, but it sounded pretty terrible. Source: over 2 years ago
