Have been with Optus for years and never had any major issues but I've recently started traveling the country so I had to go to a Tel$tra based provider. Boost was the one I went with so I didn't have to deal with the poor customer experience and high pricing of dealing with Tel$tra directly. Source: over 2 years ago
