If anyone is interested in using that app, it's called Bioloop sleep and they're still in Beta but it works really well for helping individuals understand their sleep and can help accelerate the good habit-forming processes for good sleep. They actually even pair you with a sleep coach who will go over your data with you and help you make a plan of action to improve your sleep. Source: about 3 years ago
