Simplest yet the most effective CRM👍 Pros: Bigcontacts gets the job done without being too overbearing for our team. all the leads from our webforms get stored automatically in the crm system, which is great for keeping data organized. the reporting module of bigcontacts is highly functional too.👎 Cons: There should be better ways to look for and eliminate duplicate contacts from the database.
