Better HR, the digital HR product of Better Technologies Limited allows organizations to streamline HR processes and management teams in and out of the office even in the most remote conditions. Our product is essential in helping organizations to adapt to work-from-home conditions during COVID. During the global pandemic, Better HR鈥檚 customer base had quadrupled.

    Best HR System for Myanmar Businesses

    If you have Better HR HRIS Software your employee administration will be far more easy. The HR Software have many useful feature but my favorite is payroll. The cloud system generates automatic payroll every end of the month, managers or business owners just need check and publish it. we can use the same Better HR system for salary transfer as well. No need rely on another bank software. All in one HR software!

    Good for manage remote and hybrid employees

    Im using this product almost 8 months now. The product is very cost effective and we dont have to pay for the unused employee accounts, its a good thing when it comes to hiring and firing employees.
    My organization based in Australia and we hire employees around the globe, so Better HR calculates payroll according to their local laws and regulations. For Sri Lankan employees in Sri Lankan law and for Australian employee in our local law like wise im managing multiple country employees in one platform easily.

    Overall a good HRMS software application

    This Better HR HRMS software application is overall quite beneficial to use in a company as a management monitor method because of its benefits that come along with the features serviced. The features available with this HRMS software application are detailed attendance, leave, overtime (OT), and payroll calculations.
