  • Good Website for upcoming events and esp. concerts in SA? is probably the best source for live music.. It’s all via an app now but you can throw in the kind of music you like (or sync up your Spotify) and you’ll get personalised updates and recommendations for what’s coming up. • Live music tonight. is a good resource for any town. I follow specific artists there but also follow the Reno and Tahoe area. Sometimes artists use it like another form of social media where they announce new albums and tours, but it's mostly designed to give you show listings. Source: 3 months ago
  • Question
Also maybe which will give you touring artists but you can often figure out who's local by looking at smaller venues or looking up who the openers are. Source: 4 months ago
  • Does a KC area band calendar exist?
Honestly, one you get your checklist worked out, it doesn't take that long to whip around the venues you would typically go see music at and check their websites. When I was more of a going out person, I'd sit down with a beer on Thursday night and run down the likely candidates. This doesn't work as well if you're trying to go see someone touring who sells out month ahead of time, of course, so for that you need... Source: 5 months ago
  • where to find show listings
I use, there are plenty of similar services. Source: 5 months ago
  • Touring with gojira? needs to get their shit together. I click the VIP link and it just whitescreens because I use an ad blocker like a normal person. Source: 5 months ago
  • Do people like to stick to the same genre/generation of music?
I like to support new and emerging artists and bands, hear them play live and sometimes get to meet them. I check out who’s playing at a small venue near my house or on when I’m traveling. Source: 6 months ago
  • Any metal bars? (Bonus for live music)
Https:// All you need for any kind of live music. Source: 6 months ago
  • Overseas concert / appearance schedules?
(Something like but for kppop). Source: 9 months ago

  • Upcoming Show !
Tickets can be found on Source: 12 months ago
  • Finding live music events in YEG
Bandsintown is generally my favorite resource to use. It will show you local shows of bands that you follow or you can set it to show you similar acts to the bands that you like. It also links directly to your calendar to save RVSPs, and has links to ticket sales as well. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Game Thread: Braves @ Mets - Tue, May 03 @ 03:10 PM EDT
How many times do you think Uncle Jesse has visited since being in NYC? Source: about 1 year ago
  • Any recommendations for concerts this weekend?
Check out Lots going on this weekend... Source: about 1 year ago
  • Events surrounding Riot Fest
There will be after shows featuring some of the bands during the fest itself. May want to check out for other shows around that time frame as there are always a lot of concerts happening in and around the city. Source: about 1 year ago
  • tour ticket sale
Not sure what you mean, both use to purchase tickets. Clicking "rvsp" does direct you first to, which then takes you to axs if you click "get tickets", so in the end you are taken to the same place. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Weekday activities
DC9, 930 Club, Black Cat, Lincoln Theater, Anthem... ect. I use to track it all by date and x.mile radius. Cheers. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Question regarding tour dates for the US/California
A lot of people use for updates on who's playing. You can enter a city name and it'll tell yiou what's up. People probably haven't all posted very far in advance so there might be a lot more as the date gets closer, You can also see what the venues are where people are playing now, and follow them on social media or get on their mailing lists or wahtever. • Rough day by day schedule, details in comments
Went through every artist on bands in town and checked if they had a show on NYE. All of the artists who are playing elsewhere on NYE are listed as saturday, everyone else is “unknown,” but considering it’s a 7/8 split it seems like this will be pretty close to the final split.
