Yep if it’s regular, definitely get bright light exposure when you want to wake up. I have no affiliation with these guys, https://goayo.com . But I have been using them for years for jet lag, and they are great circadian researchers. Basically get lots of different colors of light into your eyes early. Source: almost 2 years ago
