Previously, eCommerce Brands had the decision between shipping orders themselves (“in-house”) or utilizing a 3PL/Warehouse/Fulfillment Center (“outsource”). The process and software systems to find and work with a consistently reliable and scalable partner were broken.
Unlike any other warehouse/3PL/Fulfillment Center, Atomix provides the Micro-Pod Platform - part operations, part software. Operationally, we are structured with Micro-Pods within our facility (500 square foot spaces) to optimize the most inefficient part of the warehouse (long walking times) and to change the relationship between an Ecommerce Brand and our Warehouse Team. This allows us to provide the direct visibility and insight to daily operations that our Customers require, and simultaneously provides our team with aligned interests to make them more successful.
Atomix started small with an ambitious vision to fundamentally change the logistics industry with the Micro-Pod Platform. As a small team, we operate with the singular mission of providing the most personalized and efficient customer experience for SMBs and emerging brands.
