Go to the Ohio energy choice web site, sort the suppliers for the cheapest fixed rate and longest term length you can manage, and toss out any with a monthly fee. Sometimes the link for the best one you find will not work, in which case go with the second best. Why not choose your own supplier that supplies 100% renewable energy at a cheaper cost? It's right there on energychoice.ohio.gov A company called Energy Harbor has a rate of $0.0499/kWh for 100% renewable.
