  Well I was informed by the dermatologist on apostrophe.com that PD is typically caused by steroid cream usage and I remembered a long time ago during winter I used a hydrocortisone 10 cream as a moisturizer because I ran out of moisturizer and I used it around my nose and that is what most likely caused this case of PD.
