For next time, I would just try to list out the stereotypes that you don't want to see. I think that's clearer about what you're trying to avoid. You could also mention which parts you didn't like in what you've already watched (be sure to spoiler tag, anything outside of the synopsis / premise), as well as parts that you liked in what you've already watched (which you did on your current post). Just generally, the more information you give, the better. One other suggestion is to make a MAL or anilist or something to track what you've watched (score are optional but help). Once your list grows big enough, you can just link your list, without having to type everything out. The earlier you start the easier it is to start, since you don't have to backfill too much yet.
