Why are all of my pings still in ipv6 when i disabled it?

    Google Search, also referred to as Google Web Search or simply Google, is a web search engine developed by Google. It is the most used search engine on the World Wide Web
    So I needed to enable ipv6 for a certain app and I no longer need that app so I went to sysctl.conf to remove the line Net.ipv6.conf.ham0.disable_ipv6 = 0 But after restarting I tried to do ping google.com but it gave me its ipv6 address and no ping response?

    I tried doing archlinux.org but same thing idk what to do now do I completely disable ipv6? Or wont that break stuff.
