Forums.somethingawful.com - Yeah, it's ten bucks for an account, but it has a storied internet history and CSPAM is a fantastic place for irreverent but smart discussion about all sorts of things from socialist + communist perspectives--from housing to video games to food to the Prison Industrial Complex to parenting to economics to UFOs to Christian Communism. Those Cities: Skylines Franklin videos that were going around a bit ago are of SA culture. It has some really good apps available for mobile use if you hate the trad internet forum aesthetic, too.
