While trial-and-error in your code also works, Regex 101 has nice features like dynamically highlighting/numbering matches in your example text as you type, a nice quick reference guide, and presets for various languages/environments. I find it super useful, although I might be in a bit of a niche with using regex fairly regularly without having really internalized it.
