Built a house, routed the ethernet (cat7, germany) myself. along with the other electricity cables. Having issues with my connection, and I'm not sure where the issue is.

Speedtest.net

On the ground floor I've set up an old Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 router as an AP because this house is pretty solid and you can't get a reliable WiFi connection to the basement without it. My speed (from the ISP) is 10 mbit at the moment, which I'm seeing on speedtest.net. Everything is cat7 (wall outlets, patch cables, etc).

Packet Loss Test

I go to packetlosstest.com and, wirelessly, I see that I'm losing 8% of packets with a 93% late packet rate. Unreal. I'm really hoping that I havent routed all of these ethernet cables too closely to other electricity and coax cables to raise my transmission impairment levels too high. I'm worried that's the case.
