I don't ever use booking.com again! I booked a hotel once and when I got there, they said they "never got the reservation." So they had to put me in the very last room available. It was peak tourist season in the area so I got really lucky I even got a room. I was really shocked. I had also upgraded and payed extra for a ocean view room - but that never happened.

I found the same on agoda.com (owned by booking.com). Even their website says to go to the mobile app for a lower price. This is their way to push adoption of the app.
