Just follow the instructions to install flatpak for arch on https://flatpak.org/ and you can also install the plugin for discover to have all flatpaks show there as well.

FLATHUB

You can find a lot of applications on flathub as well. Generelly, more of the stuff there is compiled for arm. If you're not comfortable with the aur and compiling your own packages this is a much better option.
