UNIGINE Benchmarks
  1. FurMark - GPU stress test and graphics card benchmark
If it's still happening, throw Memtest onto a spare USB, boot to that, and let it run through your RAM for errors. Then check your SSDs (your SSD manufacturer likely has a tool for this). Download and run a GPU benchmark/stress test, Unigine makes a few good ones, MSI Kombustor or Furmark, are good ones that I've used frequently for diagnostic work. Also run CPU stress tests like AIDA64, Prime95, Cinebench R23 (you can select a 30 minute loop, and can even set your own custom time-length if you want to run it longer).

  2. Put your PC under maximum load and measure how powerful it truly is!
