You should check levels.fyi and glassdoor for the salary range. You should also check if any job postings are up right now with the range. Depending on where you live they might be legally obligated to tell you the salary range for your position. If the salary range is much higher I would demand them to level you with the rest of the people, but in a nice way. I wouldnt expect them to give you 175, but 125->150 should still be doable. Also newer people always make way more.
