Grad Housing - Collegetown Center ?

I'm an incoming PhD student, and I'm way behind on getting housing for the fall. I've called practically every complex within a thirty minute walk of campus, and studios and one bedrooms are pretty much all full unless you've got 3k a month for housing. I've been looking at Collegetown Center / Collegetown Plaza today, and I've been coming up emptyhanded other than apartments.com and apartmentfinder.com I sent a message about one of the studios on apartment.com's website, but I've been unable to find an actual website for Collegetown Center or Plaza itself. Am I wasting my time or is my brain legit just fried from all of my searching? Is it worth even trying to get a place there? The availability listings on third party websites have failed me over and over the past several days of my search, so I don't want to get my hopes up if it's not even worth the hassle.
