You generally shouldn't buy Japanese albums from eBay though, as the resell prices on there are set high essentially to trap people who don't know how to buy from Japanese sites. Mercari is the best place to get Japanese releases secondhand, and Yahoo Auctions to a lesser extent. Discogs can have some good deals sometimes but there's also a lot of eBay-type scalpers there so you always gotta compare the prices with other sites.
