Notepad++

Selection -> Get Image, or Structure -> Get Image. Copy-paste of this string into an empty text file you opened with a text editor of your preference (notepad++, or Windows' notepad; however not a word processor like Word which likely would lead you to .docx, or .odt). The content is the one of a .png, hence save the file with as structure.png.

Inkscape

Selection -> Get SVG, or Structure -> Get SVG. Copy paste this string into and empty text file. This time, the content is human readable. Save the file in a pattern like structure.svg. The big advantage to the bitmap .png above is that you can scale and further edit it e.g., in inkscape (or any other program capable to process this type of vector data) without the sometimes large increase in file size to match the publisher's requests in line of "400 dpi minimum resolution at final size" for tiff/png.
