Deliverability: Even switching to SendGrid dedicated IPs won't fix the problem (multiple reasons why). Using Amazon SES or Postmarkapp ( https://postmarkapp.com/ ) is better because they have stricter rules about only opt-in emails. However these are only SMTP services and don't handle the more complex features.
