ChatGPT is not changing anything to the game, it will get WORSE: What the OP is not figuring out is that previously it was Google's job to collect data using you personal or corporate account. Every time you make a request an API call is made to collect WHO WHAT WHEN HOW OFTEN. The next product OP gonna use will be from Microsoft bcs MS has now all the data tailored to a very specific user. Assuming people are using Windows 11, the business model is even more awesome because the user is no longer using the 95% ads marketshare giant aka Google. So in theory MS can get quite 100% of the revenue while placing ads embedded into the OS. This is the magic of closed black box product from MS. What OP thinks is cool is the very limit effect of using a new product, just like google.com was at the beginning. But in the long term it means more shitty content because ads revenue is driving shitty content like fake news and radioactive stuff bcs ppl like to engage on controversial stuff.
