There's a lot of variables here like where you are located. You cannot base your pay off the hourly rate that's billed. You need to go on either salary.com or indeed.com and review what the standard salary in your state is and base it off that. To me, you are underpaid as a paralegal in family law. I'd expect $20/hr to start but it wholly depends where in the US you are, what your job responsibilities are and how your review goes.
