I'm working on Cosmic, a knowledge management system to replace them all, and while we're at it, the internet as well!

TiddlyWiki Roam Research Anytype.io
  1. a non-linear personal web notebook

I've been a longtime fan of PKM tools every since I was very young. I've tried everything—The Brain, TiddlyWiki, Notion, Roam, Anytype, etc. But something was always missing—those tools couldn't actually represent all knowledge, and missed a bunch of other features (where are the world-class web clippers and self-organizing notes?), so they were far less useful to me than I'd hoped. I currently need to use Notion for team collaboration, Roam for my personal thoughts, my file system for files, Todoist for to-dos, ClickUp for team to-dos, etc. I was at my wits' end when running my research organization Better, when I built a research process that involved getting user input on research topics on Canny, then prioritizing topics in Google Sheets, then generating internal research documents in Google Docs, then organizing public content in Notion, then using Super.so to publish such content.
