Go to indeed.com and type in "web designer" and contact those companies out there that are looking for a designer for their company; explain to them that you can do a better job, and they don't have to w2 you which will cost their company more money through taxes, unemployment, w2 insurance etc. I have gotten a ton of feed back and actual people wanting to work with me.
