    Assuming you haven't asked to change it, you are on a dynamic IP and you will probably need to point to it automatically. To do this, set up a DDNS with https://noip.com, and connect it to your router. Your router will update no-ip when your ip expires.

    Get yourself a domain name too. You can get a free subdomain from https://freedns.afraid.org. Go to subdomains and choose one. I personally use .uk.to as I live in England and the domain is short.
