  1. Tiny dolls to reduce anxiety
    If you're up for doing mental, non-pharmaceutical things, I recommend an app called Worry Dolls . It's based on a coping skill called the Container Method and I personally haven't found anything better to quiet a racing mind. I highly recommend it and it's also very easy as far as coping skills go. Another couple apps that helps me to get grounded during anxiety is #SelfCare and Breathwrk. My last app recommendation is The Tapping Solution. It's based on EFT and I've been able to find A LOT of instant relief using tapping. It feels a little funny at first, but I promise it's backed by science and not a bunch of woo BS. If you can give it a chance, I think it might help.
