Also my personal favourite, Magicavoxel. Super simple but still quite potent lightweight voxel modelling software. Super easy to pick up and fiddle around with. It's like Minecraft! Except without anything that isn't a block. I've personally use magicavoxel a ton over the years and I can help if you want.
