If that is not the case and you're using windows 10, you can try pressing windows+g to open game bar. This will allow you to record your screen. You will have to download a separate sound recorder and then put the two together with either the veed.io method I mentioned above or the method I will talk about below.

My guess is that you're using veed.io. If that is the case, select all the clips and drag them down so that the video doesn't extend to the top left. Then use ezgif.com to crop the video.
