Forebears is a genealogy portal. It includes dictionary of surname meanings, including information on their geographic distribution.
The father's name looks like Bartholomelus Podloger, but '-gar' is more south Slavic. But in the German language, the first name is Bartholomäus, no 'L' (in Slovenian, Jernej; look up Bartholomew in Wikipedia). The letter in the mother's name doesn't look like 'K'. On the other hand, what else could it be? Searching on the string, 'roch' at forebears.io (with its user unfriendly interface), it looks like Slovenia has virtually nobody with a name beginning with 'roch'. Besides, the midwife for the first baby was -- I think -- Margaretha Kradnik, with 'K' followed by 'r'. This midwife's name is written in Latin.

dict.cc is not only an online dictionary translating from English and German to 21 languages.
The godfather (pathe) was Georg Glinschek (which I mistook for Glinschik). His name seems to end in '-lt', but many other names on this page put beyond doubt that it ends in '-k'. This is an odd shape for '-k' in the Latin cursive of the German speaking world. Web search verified the spelling, Glinšek. Glinschek's occupation is "Mühlner". Could that be a variant of Müller? Other men on this page have the occupation, Mühlner. Anna Dobranz's occupation is illegible: V(o)_th(in). '-in' is 'feminine suffix' in German. The letter after 'o' looks like 'i' without the dot. According to dict.cc, German has only one word spelled Vo_t (search results) (discounting the electrical term, volt). Vogt is a bailiff, and probably there were no women bailiffs.
