Low download speed and packet loss in afternoon/evening, want to double check it isn't me that's the problem.

I've had virtually no problems with my internet for the last 2 years but for the past week or so, I've noticed my download speed dipping in the latter half of the day. It's usually a constant 50 Mbps, but it's dropping as low as 1 Mbps and I'm also getting packet loss of up to 20%. Using speedtest.net and packetlosstest.com for testing btw.
