NextJs for simple sites? (business sites)

We use Docusaurus for our static website/documentation generation and it's also cool, since it accepts MDX (markdown with JSX) and it generates doc pages and also a blog. I would probably go for Docusaurus even for your use case, since I am used to that. For you that might be overkill though.
