How long are your typical entries? I think I shortchange myself with a false ceiling. That also may come with consitnecy. I use iA Writer as my instrument of death.

I am new to the process and found consistency is the biggest hurdle. I did very little reading up on the process( a day or so) and dove right in. I have not yet started to separate my notes by permanents and literature, it’s all just journaling and I use hashtags to link subject matter. You are spot on with automation also. I use espanso to help move things along.
