Why aren’t some devices working?

    It does not sound like your IPv6 is truly disabled - unless you convince me otherwise :) I have no idea how you would find out on your chromebook. A quick google pointed me to https://www.chromestory.com/2011/04/chromebook-traceroute/ which may work if you can locate or get terminal and run tracepath or something as it says in there. I have no idea how up to date that is/I don't know the ins and outs of chromebooks. If you can run a trace to something like google.com or youtube.com and see xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx IPs hops going across, your IPv6 is disabled. If you see something else, your IPv6 is enabled.
