If you want to do the research yourself, I go to cpubenchmark.net for the list of cpu's and their pricing. Then I go to videocardbenchmark.net and find the best priced gpu for my needs. Once that's done I use pcpartpicker.com to see which motherboard is compatible. Lastly you just have to buy ram sticks off amazon. (ram is only going to net you a few extra fps so don't waste too much money on it unless you really want those extra frames).
