Loc.gov Google Play Books
  1. Loc.gov is an online library where you can find books, articles, newspapers, images, maps, manuscripts, and recordings on different subjects from history and science, to arts and social sciences.
Assuming you want to find them on your own, I'd try University libraries. I'd be willing to bet the Harvard library has a lot of early colonial cookbooks. I visited the Massachusetts Antiquarian Society last time I was out that way and they have an extensive collection of early colonial cookbooks. Lastly, the Library of Congress has a pretty extensive cookbook collection (not to mention the Kathrine Golden Bitting collection).
